Westpac Group seeks a Senior Manager, Protective Security to lead the ongoing development of the physical security risk management framework and protect people, assets and operations. You will oversee risk assessments, incident responses and governance across corporate sites, ATMs, data centres and major events in a hybrid Sydney role.

This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder engagement with law enforcement and government partners, and the ability to guide policy and supplier management

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in law enforcement, defence, government security, intelligence, or corporate security environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading physical security risk management, incident response, and security governance activities.
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams, stakeholders, and complex security issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present security assessments and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, including engagement with law enforcement, government, and industry partners.
• Ability to apply sound judgement, make decisions under pressure, and lead responses to significant security incidents.
