Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Manager of Compliance Incidents to oversee incident assessments that may be reportable to regulators across the Consumer, Customer & Corporate Services, and Group Functions. You will collaborate with first and second lines to support investigations and deliver well-supported compliance assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience performing compliance assessments against regulatory obligations.
• Ability to navigate complex information and issues.
• Proven track record engaging with business stakeholders during investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance assessments of incidents eligible for regulator reporting (ASIC, APRA, BCCC).
• Partner with first and second lines to support incident investigations.
• Apply regulatory requirements across privacy, lending, and other obligations.
