Aurum Talent is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a Bayside Brisbane portfolio of ~150 residential properties. The role focuses on end-to-end management with no leasing responsibilities and a Monday–Friday schedule, supported by an established team and streamlined systems.

You will manage landlord/tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance and inspections, and ensure tenancy compliance, with a smooth handover from a current team member and ongoing support for

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.
• Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of approximately 150 residential properties.

• Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit reports.

The Role:

You will take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, predominantly located in the Manly area.

The portfolio is being redistributed from an existing team member who will remain within the business, ensuring a smooth handover and plenty of ongoing support.
