MSR Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their growing team in the Sutherland Shire area. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, delivering quality service to landlords and tenants while maintaining a balanced workload.

This established, independent agency offers a Monday to Friday working week, strong local presence and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management (residential).
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation or regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~150 residential properties.
• Build and maintain landlords/tenants relationships.
• Oversee leasing, rent reviews, arrears and maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and tradespeople.
• Conduct routine inspections and manage lease renewals.
• Handle landlord and tenant enquiries, resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure NSW tenancy compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the wider property management team.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager within residential real estate (essential)
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
