You will oversee 145 residential properties under the Licencee and work with the Property Management Administration team to maintain compliance, accuracy, and high standards of tenant and landlord service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in all facets of Property Management.
• Strong computer skills with Real Estate software knowledge (Console).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-focused with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Current driver licence and reliable car.
• Current Certificate of Registration essential.

Responsibilities

As a part of their growth journey, they are now seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their existing team. The successful person will be responsible for a portfolio of 145 properties and will be undertaking property management functions (excluding Open Homes, Leases & Routines) under the guidance of the Licencee and with assistance from the Property Management Administration team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Agency, who has an excellent reputation in the Community.

Duties

• Oversee the effective management and administration of a portfolio of 145 residential properties.
• Review departmental operations and implement changes to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Monitor portfolio compliance, key deadlines and outstanding matters.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• Oversee departmental workloads, task allocation and accountability.
• Review property management systems and procedures to ensure they are being used effectively.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, record keeping and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure effective communication with landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to maintain consistent service standards and efficient operations.
