Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in planning and scheduling, cost estimating, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of supervision and training of technical personnel.
• Must be willing to relocate to Perth.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline or specialty.
• Performs schedule development, including WBS, activity duration, workflow logic, and job expenditure.
• Performs schedule monitoring and updates, identifying critical activities.
• Develops critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics.
• Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline.
• Monitors and validates subcontractor schedules.
• Evaluates subcontractor schedules for potential improvements.
