Job summary

Bechtel Perth is seeking an experienced Scheduling professional to join our project controls team. You will prepare schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations and manage the schedule for a specific discipline, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

You will develop work breakdown structures, determine activity durations, and create proper workflow logic, while monitoring progress and reporting on critical path activities and schedule performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, and control functions for large projects.
• Strong cost estimating, cost control, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced understanding of engineering design, construction practices, and startup processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.
• Establishes and maintains the schedule for a discipline area.
• Performs schedule development including WBS, activity durations, and workflow logic.
• Monitors schedule performance and reports critical activities.
• Develops critical path schedule reports and KPIs.
• Evaluates subcontractor schedules and identifies potential impacts.
