Job summary

The role requires an engineering/PM/architecture degree, PM experience on large projects, strong English communication, and advanced MS Office and Primavera skills.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree relating to Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture.
• Experience on government, hospitals/health, commercial or education projects.
• PM experience delivering highly complex and technical projects.
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft skills are essential; Primavera skills are highly regarded.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong bid writing skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing larger multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex projects and programs.
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
• Proactively managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.
• Preparing project management plans, programs, budgets and other key deliverables.
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures and potential issues.
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting.
• Overseeing internal project administration including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management and contract risk.
