• Demonstrated ability to lead large multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
• Strong relationship-building, problem solving and delivery focus.
• Advanced Microsoft skills; Primavera experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead large multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, proactively solve problems and drive projects to successful completion.
• Direct design process to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
• Prepare project management plans, programs, budgets and other key deliverables.
• Review project plans, schedules, costs, discrepancies and potential construction issues.
• Manage project timelines, risks and reporting; oversee internal administration including invoicing, variations and subconsultant management.
