Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, project management or architecture.
• Experience delivering complex government, hospitals/health, commercial or education projects.
• Advanced MS skills; Primavera experience preferred.
• Clear English communication and bid/report writing abilities.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects and programmes.
• Develop relationships, solve problems and drive projects to successful completion.
• Manage design processes to meet client requirements and manage expectations.
• Prepare project management plans, programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Review plans, schedules and costs; implement savings and address risks.
• Oversee project timelines, risks, reporting and contract administration.
