Amida Group in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of multi‑state commercial, hospitality and education projects from concept to completion.

The role focuses on client stakeholder management, programme oversight and front-end involvement, with responsibility for coordinating design, procurement and construction teams on projects up to $100m+. You will mentor junior PMs and drive successful outcomes on live sites.

Formación

• Proven client facing PM experience across building sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex programmes end-to-end.
• Experience with design development and procurement processes.
• Exposure to GC21/AS4000/AS4122/AS4902 contracts is a plus.
• Detail oriented with analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced live environment.

Responsabilidades

• Procure design consultants, constructors and specialists.
• Administer contracts and manage claims.
• Oversee design development and regulatory approvals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and critical paths.
• Lead tender submissions and procurement planning.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate across front-end advisory to construction delivery.
• Support site safety and quality on live projects.
• Direct project governance and reporting to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior PMs and delegate responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with contract forms and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and records.
• Monitor variations and cost control throughout delivery.
• Drive project close-out and handover activities.
