Overview

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality construction and engineering outcomes across our portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality results that support our essential services.

Responsibilities

• Leading multi-disciplinary project teams from project conversion through to construction, commissioning, handover and finalisation.
• Driving proactive Zero Harm outcomes and creating safe, supportive work environments where people thrive.
• Managing all financial aspects of project delivery including forecasting, cost control, margins, and risk mitigation.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, procurement activities, quality systems, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Building, and/or tertiary qualifications in Project Management (or equivalent industry experience).
• Proven lengthy experience in site-based construction roles covering all phases of project delivery.
• Demonstrated background in engineering services - preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or commercial project environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting revenue, profitability, and margin performance.
• Knowledge and application of contemporary HR, WHS, and Industrial Relations legislation and practices to support healthy, safe, and fair workplaces.
