Job summary

Downer in West Perth is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient delivery of maintenance services under the WA Housing Contract. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive high-quality outcomes across the contract.

This role focuses on planning, directing subcontractors, ensuring KPI achievement, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships to support ongoing contract performance.

Qualifications

• Experience within the building, construction, maintenance, or facilities management industry.
• Demonstrated experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance work programs.
• Strong knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and work order management systems.

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in West Perth, overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance services across the WA Housing Contract. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
