Job summary

CIP Constructions Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex commercial/industrial projects, guiding design reviews, procurement, and construction delivery. You will manage work packages from design to handover, coordinating consultants and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive project controls in Procore, monitor costs and variations, and report on progress to Project and Site Managers.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Engineer experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of design, procurement, delivery, quality and compliance.
• Experience with project controls, budgets, variations and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and shop drawing assessments with consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement and work packages, monitor progress, safety, quality and schedules.
• Maintain project controls, QA records, registers and contract documentation.
• Monitor costs, variations and risks to keep delivery on track.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate handover documents and close-out.
