Job summary

Concrete Partnerships is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Sydney, stepping up from a strong Project Manager track record to lead larger, more complex commercial construction projects. Initially you will own projects with senior leadership support, then broaden involvement across teams, programmes and financial performance.

The role offers long-term stability with a national builder and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

New build and/or major refurbishment experience.
Strong programming, procurement and commercial capability.
Proven leadership of project and site teams.
Strong client and stakeholder management.
Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects.
Leadership of Site Managers, Contract Administrators and project teams.
Programming, procurement and construction methodology.
Commercial management, forecasting and cost control.
Client, consultant and subcontractor management.
Driving programme, safety, quality and financial performance.
Developing and mentoring members of the project team.
Contributing to broader project and operational outcomes.
You'll be given the autonomy to lead, while having experienced senior people around you when needed.
