Job summary

CIP Constructions is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the pre-construction and bid management function, collaborating with estimating, design, procurement and project delivery teams to secure and deliver commercial and industrial projects across Australia.

You will drive tender strategy, reviews, value engineering and risk management, while building strong client relationships and guiding projects from concept through handover.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Architecture, Design, or a related discipline.
• Trade qualification supported by extensive relevant construction industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Pre-Construction, Bid Management, Design Management or Project Planning role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end tender process from opportunity identification through submission.
• Coordinate tender start-up meetings and bid reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement procurement and work-winning strategies.
• Manage submission programs to ensure high-quality bids ahead of deadlines.
• Review designs, procurement strategies, construction methodologies and programming.
