Job summary

COMPLETE SITE SERVICES in Perth, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support project documentation, MDR collation, and staff mobilization to sites. You will manage controlled documents using Aconex and Team Binder, ensuring timely transmission to clients and maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires proficiency with document control procedures, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate logistics such as flights and inductions.

Qualifications

• Experience with controlled documents and standard procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple document streams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee document control procedures.
• Collation and submission of MDRs to finalise projects.
• Track and submit drawings and documents to client and internal teams.
• Ensure submissions meet project formats and client specifications.
• Record document flow to and from clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of document management.
