Job summary

You will oversee study and delivery teams, set standards, manage stakeholders, and drive value. Reporting to the Head of CuSAMP Projects, you will ensure risk, governance and safety are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large/mega capital projects.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across governance groups.
• Proven risk and quality management capabilities.
• Operational readiness and handover experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to study and delivery teams across CXPS2/MCG.
• Define project standards, methodologies and governance.
• Manage internal/external stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Ensure risk, safety and quality plans are in place and followed.
• Develop capability and succession plans for key roles.
• Drive value delivery and capital efficiency across the investment.
