Job summary

BHP is seeking a Contractor Management Specialist within the Integrated Services team, Adelaide, to enable sustainable contractor management across Copper SA. You will deliver asset-wide improvements, strengthen governance and lift capability across processes, tools and systems, working with site stakeholders and senior leaders to close gaps.

The role requires demonstrated contractor management experience, project management skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in contractor management, including prior experience as Contract Owner or similar role.
• Proven ability in project management, stakeholder and change management, governance and continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of engaging senior leadership and Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver asset-wide improvements to uplift contractor management.
• Act as custodian of the Copper SA IMS 11.1 contractor management standard and tools.
• Develop, manage and deliver project plans for process improvements and documentation updates.
• Monitor compliance and provide insights to Senior Leadership.
