Job summary

Lendlease WA is seeking a Project Director to lead the planning and delivery of a long-term Perth project. You will provide governance to the construction team, ensuring contract requirements, HSE standards and sustainability outcomes are met while driving time, cost and quality objectives.

The role requires 15+ years in construction with leadership of large multi-disciplinary teams and strong stakeholder engagement with Clients, Government Bodies, Subcontractors and Consultants.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction with delivery of large-scale projects (defence, commercial, healthcare or high-rise) valued $100m+
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering or related discipline
• Strong strategic planning and project governance capabilities
• Exceptional leadership with multi-disciplinary teams across delivery, commercial, risk, EHS and quality
• Proven experience negotiating and reporting to high-level stakeholders (Clients, Government, Subcontractors, Consultants)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of the project from start to finish.
• Provide leadership and governance to the construction team to meet contract requirements and company standards.
• Ensure health, safety, environment, sustainability, procurement, quality, time, reputation and profit objectives are achieved.
• Engage with Clients, Government Bodies, Subcontractors and Consultants to manage expectations and outcomes.
