Lendlease Corporation in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of a long‑term construction project. You will provide strategic direction, governance, and leadership to the construction team to ensure contract requirements, safety, quality, time and profit objectives are met.

With a minimum of 15 years in construction and a track record delivering large-scale projects valued $100m+, you will manage senior stakeholders, including clients and government

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction.
• Experience leading planning and delivery of large-scale defence, commercial, healthcare, or high-rise projects valued $100m+.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong and proven strategic planning and project governance capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-disciplinary project teams across delivery, commercial and risk, EHS, and quality.
• Proven experience dealing with, negotiating with, and reporting to high level stakeholders, including Clients, Government Bodies, Subcontractors and Consultants.
• Exceptional communication, problem solving and decision-making skills, with integrity and collaboration.
