Job summary
Lendlease WA is seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of a long-term project in Perth. You will plan and manage the project from start to finish, providing strategic direction and governance to the construction team while ensuring alignment with health, safety, environment, sustainability, procurement, quality, time, and profit objectives.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in construction, with experience delivering large-scale defence, commercial, healthcare, or high-rise schemes
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in construction; led large-scale defence, commercial, healthcare, or high-rise projects valued $100m+.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong and proven strategic planning and project governance capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver the project from start to completion, providing leadership and governance to the construction team.
- Ensure health and safety, environmental, sustainability, procurement, quality, time, and profit objectives are achieved.
- Engage with clients, government bodies, subcontractors and consultants to meet contract requirements.
