Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Brisbane team to lead procurement and construction functions on a long-term project. You will mentor site/project engineers, oversee planning, productivity, EHS compliance, quality assurance, and manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience, a track record on large-scale projects, and strong skills in programme

Qualifications

• 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience.
• Proven track record on large-scale building projects (>$100m).
• Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
• Experience resolving design and coordination issues and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and construction functions for a long-term Brisbane project.
• Manage site/project engineers; coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure safe delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Drive collaboration across disciplines and coach junior staff.
