Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor in Western Australia to drive delivery of long-term projects. You will coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and support project plans, schedules, and documentation.

The role requires a trade qualification and 5+ years of site experience, with strong WHS knowledge and excellent communication. A dynamic construction environment offers career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role.
Strong understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management.
Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation.
Conducting site inspections and reporting progress to senior supervisors.
Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow.
Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials.
