Job summary

Lendlease WA is recruiting a Project Director to lead the delivery of a long-term project in Perth, guiding planning, execution and governance across multiple disciplines. You will oversee safety, quality and profitability while driving strategic decisions and stakeholder communications.

The role requires senior leadership experience in defense, commercial, healthcare, or high-rise sectors and a track record of delivering projects valued over $100m+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong strategic planning and project governance capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership skills, managing large, multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Experience dealing with high level stakeholders, Clients, Government Bodies, Subcontractors and Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of the project from commencement through to completion.
• Provide leadership and governance to the construction team to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure health and safety, environment, sustainability, procurement, quality, time and profit objectives are achieved.
• Report to and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Clients and Government Bodies.
