Job summary

Lendlease Corporation is seeking a Construction Director for a long-term project in Perth, WA. You will lead the planning and delivery from commencement to completion, guiding a multi-disciplinary team to meet contract, safety and profit objectives while upholding sustainability and health & safety standards.

The role requires senior leadership experience on large projects, strong governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record of delivering complex construction

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction with leadership of large-scale projects valued $100m+.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering or related discipline.
Strong strategic planning and project governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of major projects from start to finish.
Provide leadership and governance to construction teams ensuring contract, safety, quality, time and budget objectives.
Manage high-level stakeholders including Clients, Government Bodies, Subcontractors and Consultants.
