Job summary

Lendlease in Australia is seeking multiple Project Engineers to join our Perth team on major building projects. You will manage subcontractors, develop and maintain construction programmes, and drive procurement strategies while ensuring quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years on large-scale on-site construction, a relevant engineering degree, and strong stakeholder communication. This role offers a clear career path with exposure to a large project portfolio.

Qualifications

We are currently recruiting for multiple Project Engineers to join our team in Perth, with opportunities on projects South of the River, and in the CBD region.

In this position, you will play an integral role in managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

About You

• Ideally 4-7 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects. (I.e. Commercial, residential, defence and healthcare).
• Previous on-site construction delivery experience, looking after major trade packages.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc).
• Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
