Job summary

UGL Pty Limited in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support delivery teams across multiple workstreams. You will coordinate project administration, manage deliverables, and ensure documentation is prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time.

You will liaise with engineers, managers, clients, and stakeholders, driving deadlines and maintaining visibility of project progress in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration, coordination and document control within construction.
• Exposure to large-scale engineering/infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Support engineering teams with preparation, review, and submission of deliverables.
• Review documentation for quality, completeness, and accuracy before client issue.
• Submit and track documents using document control software.
• Track actions and upcoming deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Maintain visibility across project activities and liaise with teams and clients.
• Facilitate meetings and follow up on outstanding items.
• Drive accountability to obtain information needed for submissions.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
