Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction and delivery across major energy and industrial projects in Australia. You will own project delivery from construction and executive perspectives, ensuring safety, on-time completion and budget discipline.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics, and drive performance while maintaining strong client engagement and continuous improvement across project

Qualifications

15+ years delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams.
Engineering/Construction Management degree.
Strong commercial acumen with budgets and contracts.
Knowledge of HSEQ requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead site construction activities to achieve safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial and logistics teams for seamless execution.
Manage project resources including workforce planning and subcontractors.
Monitor progress, budgets and performance metrics with corrective actions as needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
Participate in project reviews and contribute to tenders and opportunities.
Foster a culture of safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
Lead, mentor and develop project teams for high performance.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.
