Job summary

UGL Pty Limited Energy & Industrial is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will take ownership of project delivery from a construction and execution perspective, providing leadership across multidisciplinary teams and driving performance with a strong focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams in mining, heavy industrial, energy, utilities, resources or infrastructure.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction activities to achieve project objectives across safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial and logistics teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage project resources, including workforce planning, subcontractors, plant and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in project reviews and provide strategic input into tenders and future opportunities.
• Drive a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all HSE policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams to maximise performance and engagement.
• Ensure effective communication, stakeholder management and collaboration across project teams.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice project delivery methodologies.
