Qualifications

• 3–5 years commercial construction or fit-out experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating with designers, subcontractors and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Let and vet subcontractor packages.
• Track and monitor project budgets and costs.
• Coordinate design and documentation.
• Assist with project programming and coordination.
• Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
