Bluestone in Melbourne seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team. The role focuses on letting and vetting subcontractor packages, tracking budgets, coordinating design and documentation, and supporting programming for complex fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of commercial construction or fit-out experience, excellent communication, ownership, and prioritisation skills, and comfort with IT and project systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years commercial construction or fit-out background is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a live project environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Let and vet subcontractor packages and monitor related costs.
• Track and monitor project budgets and costs.
• Coordinate design and documentation workflows.
• Assist with project programming and overall coordination.
• Prepare project reporting including progress and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
