Role Description

The Senior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Surry Hills, NSW. This role is responsible for coordinating architectural and design projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules and milestones, coordinating with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors, and overseeing documentation, approvals, and inspections. The Senior Project Coordinator will monitor procurement and logistics, expedite materials and information, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. The role also involves reporting on project status, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and supporting continuous process improvement within the studio.
