Your Role
As a Project Coordinator/Architectural Documenter, you will be the driving force in supporting the Project Architect with the delivery of documentation for architectural projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on managing projects through the Design Development, Tender, and Construction phases. You'll play a key role in resolving complex design and construction issues, visualising designs, and ensuring our projects exceed client expectations, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. This dynamic position involves collaborating with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, overseeing construction work on-site, and maintaining local construction knowledge to deliver outstanding architectural solutions.
