Job summary

L3Harris Australia (operating as Integrated Mission Systems Australia) seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to lead the program schedule in collaboration with the program team. You will oversee complex scheduling activities, drive improvements to PMO services, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget in a dynamic defence context.

The role requires experience in earned value management, defence PM practices, and proficiency with planning tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent PM training
• Project Management training or equivalent experience
• Experience in Earned Value Performance management methods
• Experience with Open Plan Professional software tool
• Knowledge of Defence Program Management practices desirable

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the program schedule on behalf of the Program Managers in collaboration with the program team
• Oversee large-scale complex program/scheduling activities
• Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget while driving continuous improvement in PMO processes
• Assist the Program Manager to mature and extend the PMO services
