Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, operating as Integrated Mission Systems Australia, seeks a highly motivated Project Scheduler to support critical Australian Defence Industry projects. You will develop, maintain and report on schedules, ensuring alignment with scope and budgets while collaborating with PMO stakeholders to forecast resources.

Responsibilities include creating work breakdown structures, maintaining schedule integrity, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or significant scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with performance management systems.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Defence Industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with contemporary scheduling toolsets, OPP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, analyse and report on key project schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Produce work breakdown structures and maintain schedule integrity with scope changes.
• Assist in resource forecasting and capacity planning.
• Review processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

About Us

We are seeking a highly-motivated and detail-orientated Project Scheduler, looking to make their mark on some of the most high-profile and strategically critical Australian Defence Industry projects.

Through close collaboration with PMO stakeholders, the Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, analyse and report on key schedules, to support the delivery of critical projects on time and within budget.

As a project scheduling SME, your tasks may include but not be limited to producing work breakdown structures, maintaining schedule integrity through constant review and alignment with scope changes and variances, assisting in resource forecasting and reviewing processes and procedures to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or significant scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with performance management systems
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Defence Industry experience preferred
• Proficiency with contemporary scheduling toolsets, OPP experience desired
