Job summary

Babcock Australasia invites applications for a Project Maintenance Scheduler to join our Henderson, WA team. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project schedules with earned value reporting and project controls, ensuring timely updates and clear communication across maintenance teams.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years in scheduling/planning, strong Primavera P6 and Excel skills, and experience with other scheduling tools; eligibility for Australian Defence Security Clearance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in scheduling/planning roles with Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Experience with multiple scheduling tools (Open Plan, MS Project, Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk Analyser).
• 2 years' scheduling/planning experience and knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems.
• Must hold or be eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules including earned value and project controls reports.
• Review reports for maintenance windows, defects, and maintenance opportunities.
• Identify schedule risks and adjust plans to mitigate variances.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and SMEs to ensure clear communication and task requirements.
