Job summary

RAATSIC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the quality, compliance, and performance of a diverse suite of family support programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across a large geographic footprint. The role leads a team including Senior Practitioners and Case Workers, providing high-level supervision and oversight while managing government reporting and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership and people management experience across multidisciplinary teams in complex service delivery contexts.
• Strong understanding of family support, child protection, and domestic and family violence service systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level supervision and leadership across multiple programs and sites.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting to state government and funding bodies, and contract compliance.
• Lead remote service delivery and stakeholder engagement with government agencies, community organisations and Elders.
• Promote trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally safe practice across operations.
