Job summary

RAATSIC is seeking a Program Manager to lead Strengthening Family Connections across remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, oversee program performance, and ensure compliance with funding and government reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership and people management capability to lead diverse teams
• Sound knowledge of family support and related service systems in Queensland
• Understanding of trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally safe practice
• Ability to provide high-level practice oversight and supervision across programs

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse multidisciplinary team across multiple programs and sites
• Oversee state government and funding body reporting with accuracy
• Engage stakeholders including government agencies, funders, and community Elders
• Manage remote service delivery challenges and opportunities in remote communities
• Ensure contractual compliance and high-quality program documentation
• Develop and monitor program budgets and drive continuous improvement
