Remote Area Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation (RAATSIC) in Cairns is seeking a Program Manager – Strengthening Family Connections. The role leads a diverse team across remote locations, ensuring quality, compliance and performance of family support programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

• Senior leadership and people management across multiple programs and sites.
• Expertise in family support, child protection and DFV service systems in Queensland.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed, culturally safe practice across remote communities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level practice oversight and supervision of practitioners and case workers.
• Lead program management across concurrent programs, with budget oversight and reporting.
• Prepare and submit government and funding body reports with high accuracy.
• Represent RAATSIC with government agencies, funding bodies and communities.
