Remote Area Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation (RAATSIC) seeks a Program Manager to lead a diverse family support portfolio spanning remote communities, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery with strong staff supervision and stakeholder engagement.

You will oversee practice oversight, government reporting, and funding body requirements while advancing culturally safe, trauma-informed approaches within a community-controlled framework.

Qualificações

• Experience leading multi-site family support programmes.
• Knowledge of DFV service systems and related legislation.
• Ability to travel across RAATSIC sites and remote communities.
• Experience with government reporting and funding contract compliance.
• Strong leadership, staff development, and reflective practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a large multidisciplinary team across multiple programmes and sites.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and performance of family support programs.
• Oversee state government and funding body reporting and contractual obligations.
• Engage with government agencies, funding bodies, and community Elders.
• Provide remote site operational support and strategic programme oversight.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate service delivery; manage budgets and improvements.
