Qualifications

• Senior leadership and people management capability across multiple programs
• Knowledge of family support, child protection, and domestic violence service systems
• Trauma-informed, strengths-based and culturally safe practice
• Ability to provide high-level practice oversight and supervision
• Strong program management, budgeting, and performance improvement
• Experience preparing government and funding body reports
• Experience delivering remote/remote-area services
• Stakeholder engagement with government agencies

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary team across programs and sites
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate service delivery across concurrent programs
• Manage budgets and drive continuous improvement in outcomes
• Prepare and submit government and funding body reports accurately
