Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex systems engineering programs across multiple domains.
• Proven ability to manage up to 50 multidisciplinary specialists without direct line management.
• Strong track record of delivering on-time, on-schedule, within-budget outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope, schedule and cost planning for DDG tasks and budgets.
• Provide strategic leadership as part of the DDG Leadership Team.
• Manage end-to-end project execution across compressed delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, performance metrics and artefacts.
• Lead risk and opportunity management to protect program outcomes.
• Direct monthly project reporting and governance with integrated data.
