Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex Defence capability across systems integration, combat systems and Joint Air Battle Management, providing clear direction across multidisciplinary delivery, engineering, procurement and program teams to achieve integrated and operational outcomes.
• Set delivery priorities and manage dependencies, risks, issues and competing demands to maintain momentum and achieve program objectives.
• Lead and align multidisciplinary delivery, engineering, procurement and technical teams around common outcomes and accountabilities.
• Work closely with engineering, technical and support teams to resolve complex issues and ensure the effective integration of capability.
• Manage relationships across Defence, industry, customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Influence and negotiate across organisational and functional boundaries to resolve issues, align priorities and drive timely decisions.
• Provide delivery assurance, performance reporting and governance, giving senior leadership confidence in delivery performance, risks and outcomes.
• Apply Agile and contemporary delivery practices pragmatically to improve delivery effectiveness, responsiveness and transparency.
