Job summary

ADP is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end client software implementations, aligning scope, timelines and budgets across multiple complex projects. You will drive planning, execution, and governance, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in project management with external customers and 7+ years with enterprise software. Travel up to 50% and a Bachelor's degree are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience working with external customers.
• 7+ years Project Management experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset required, capable of rapidly shifting focus.
• Strong consulting experience in Project Management.
• Background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred.
• Knowledge of software development process and cycle.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred.
• PM qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• End to end management of client software implementation / integration projects, including deliverables and timelines.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and complete projects of any size, managing scope, resources, time, budget, quality and risk.
• Negotiate internally and externally for project needs, schedule and scope.
• Constructively manage client conflicts and ensure timely, budgeted completion of projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, weekly status reports and financial health reports.
• Coordinate staffing activities using shared resource pool for any sized project.
• Report project findings to highlight key problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage Change Orders and Scope of Work documents and estimates.
