Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert IV / Diploma in Business / Administration.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop teams.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan operational and implementation activities to maintain service levels.
• Engage with clients to escalate and resolve issues within timeframes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Ensure alignment to implementation methodologies and standard processes.
• Develop associates through onboarding, up-skilling and performance reviews.
• Coach team members and clients in applications and processes.
• Support go-live readiness and smooth transitions for new clients.
