Job summary

ADP in Melbourne seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end client software implementations and integrations for complex programs. You will oversee contractual deliverables, timelines, scope, resources and budgets, maintaining strong stakeholder communication across regions.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, with enterprise software and external customer exposure, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methods. International travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with external customers.
• 7+ years Project Management experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• End to end management of client software implementation / integration projects, including administration of deliverables and timelines.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and complete projects of various sizes with scope, resources, time, budget, quality, risk and communications.
• Set goals, evaluate performance and foster collaboration.
• Negotiate project needs, schedule and scope with internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage conflicts effectively and maintain positive client relations.
• Ensure timely and budgeted project completion and maintain PM artifacts.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and weekly status reports.
• Prepare financial health reports for senior leadership and document meeting minutes.
• Coordinate staffing using shared resources and report project review findings.
