Job summary

ADP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end client software implementation and integration efforts. You will plan, monitor, and deliver complex projects, coordinating scope, resources, time, and budget while managing stakeholder expectations.

The role requires strong consulting experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proficiency with MS Project/SmartSheet and MS Office. Travel up to 50% may be involved, with international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with external customers.
• 7+ years Project Management experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for rapidly shifting focus and responding to changing conditions.
• Strong consulting experience in Project Management.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Project Management qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in MS Project and SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• End to end management of client software implementation/integration projects, including administration of contractual deliverables and timelines.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and complete projects of any size with effective management of scope, resources, time, budget, quality, risk, and communications.
• Set goals, evaluate performance, and encourage collaboration.
• Negotiate project needs, schedule, and scope with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client relations and conflict resolution constructively.
• Ensure timely and budgeted completion of projects.
• Utilize Project Management artifacts and best practices across teams.
