Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Portfolio/Senior Program Manager to lead a cloud-based big data program. The PM will coordinate with the COR and Enlighten management, manage day-to-day activities, and set long-term objectives to satisfy end-user requirements under the contract. Hybrid work with on-site at MD sites and occasional travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required; TS/SCI ability a plus.
• 6 years of relevant program management experience with a Bachelor's; or 4 years with a Masters.
• Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts (FFP).
• Ability to work with software, systems, and platform engineers to deliver capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and public speaking; knowledge of FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer meetings, trade shows, and conferences with public speaking.
• Oversee contract execution, milestones and cost performance.
• Formulate and enforce work standards; develop schedules; supervise personnel.
• Oversee technical management with leads; ensure resources are available.
• Provide oversight of all program personnel, including subcontractors.
• Perform horizontal integration planning with subcontracts, project control, and security.
• Ensure deliverables and schedules are met; address customer issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers to grow the portfolio.
• Additional duties as assigned.
