Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a Portfolio/Senior Program Manager to provide leadership of a cloud big data program. The PM will interface with government leadership, COR, and Enlighten management to ensure day-to-day management and long-term strategy for future contract years.

The role is hybrid with some on-site work at Enlighten's Maryland locations, and occasional travel to customer sites. Strong communication and agile leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI possible.
• 6 years experience in similar scope; 4 years with Masters; or 10 years with HS diploma.
• 5+ years in Technical/Program/Delivery Lead role for cloud computing and agile development for the Government.
• Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts including Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
• Prior DoD/DoW contracts experience; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project performance, ensuring milestones and service delivery due dates are met.
• Interface with Government leadership and COR, Enlighten management, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee technical operations, agile software development, resource allocation, and technical performance.
• Establish long-term strategic goals and horizontal integration for the contract.
• Enforce work standards, develop schedules, and mobilize resources to clear roadblocks.
• Supervise and direct project staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Public-speaking and capability presentations to customers and stakeholders.
